Data controller

In one sentence

Akrofit collects no personal data: no account, no form, no analytics, no advertising. The application runs entirely on the device and sends nothing.

What the site does

akro.fit is a static site. It has no form, no account, no analytics tool and no social button. The fonts are served from the site itself: no request goes to a third party.

Like any server, the host keeps technical logs containing the IP address, the date and the page requested. They serve security and the proper running of the service, rest on the publisher’s legitimate interest, and are neither cross-referenced nor reused.

What the application does

Timer settings and the sound, format and language preferences are stored in the local storage of the device. They never leave the phone and the publisher cannot reach them.

The application asks for no account, uses no advertising identifier, reads neither contacts, nor location, nor health data, and contains no measurement tool.

Two actions leave the application, on your initiative only: sharing, which goes through the system share sheet, and sending feedback, which opens your mail app with a prefilled message. In that case the publisher receives the address and the text you write.

Erasing your data

In the application, More then "Reset to the original settings" erases everything stored on the device, in two steps so it cannot happen by accident. Deleting the application also clears that storage.

Your rights

The General Data Protection Regulation gives you rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction and objection. As the publisher holds no file of individuals, these rights apply in practice to the emails you send, erased on simple request.

For any question, write to the address given in the legal notice. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Changes

This policy may change as the application changes. The version in force is dated 4 novembre 2026.
