Purpose of the site

akro.fit presents Akrofit, an interval timer for training. The site sells nothing and offers no online service: it points to the application page on the App Store.

Intellectual property

The texts, drawings, interface and code of the site and of the application belong to the publisher. Any reproduction or reuse, even partial, requires written permission.

The two typefaces used, Archivo and Barlow Condensed, are released by their authors under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

Akrofit is a trade name used by the publisher. No trademark registration is claimed at this date.

Liability

Akrofit is a timer, not training advice and not medical advice. High intensity interval training is demanding: everyone remains the sole judge of their own fitness and should ask a health professional in case of doubt. The publisher cannot be held liable for harm linked to the use of the application.

The publisher keeps the site up to date as best it can, without guaranteeing the accuracy or the permanent availability of its content.

Applicable law

The site and the application are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
